IHC orders release of PTI leader Shireen Mazari, instructs govt to conduct judicial inquiry

The government to conduct a judicial inquiry. the Islamabad High Court (IHC), in late hours of Saturday, ordered the release of PTI leader Shireen Mazari and instructed .

The court issued the orders hours after instructing the innards clerk to produce the PTI leader at 1130 pm. Mazari was manhandled and arrested from outside her Islamabad hearthstone before in the day by police officers over a land power and transfer case.
At the onset of the hail, Mazari told the court”I was stopped on the Motorway for an hour. A manly croaker tried to conduct my medical examination. They didn’t have a womanish officer with them. Officers ofAnti-Corruption Punjab were taking instructions on the phone. My bag was also searched without a leave, and I’ve still not been given my phone back.”

“There was another person with theanti-corruption officers and he presumably was with the ISI,”she added.

At this, IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah regretted that the government hadn’t taken any action on enforced discoveries.”These incidents be when the Constitution isn’t admired. Every government exhibits woeful geste on indigenous violations.”

Mazari told Justice Minallah that she was 70 and sick but was still subordinated to torture.

The principal justice remarked”This court won’t compromise on its governance. The hijacking of Matiullah Jan has not been probed till date.”

At this, the deputy attorney general replied”We can not work24/7. Work on Matiullah Jan’s case is ongoing and we will conclude the disquisition soon.”

The principal justice wondered how it was possible that no bone knew the details of Mazari’s arrest.

He reminded recently appointed Inspector General (IG) of Islamabad police, Dr Akbar Nasir Khan that the head of the organisation was eventually responsible.” Tell us till when can you complete the disquisition (in Mazari’s case)?”

“I’ve taken the charge just moment. This incident had happed prior my taking of charge,”the capital police chief replied.

Mazari’s son requested the court to order a judicial inquiry — a request that was granted as the principal justice ordered Mazari’s release until the inquiry was conducted.

The principal justice also dismissed a solicitation regarding Mazari’s son over her reflections against Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Bajwa.”Imaan Zainab Mazari is a bit emotional but she’s a reputed member of the bar ( association).”

The advocate general, meanwhile, thanked the court for opening its doors late night.”The political parties will now have to admit that the court is then to insure indigenous protection indeed at night.”

After the hail, when Mazari was asked if she was targeted for her recent Twitter exertion, she said”It’s possible”.

Prior to the launch of the hail, Mazari was brought to the high court by Islamabad police, whose officers adjoined her as she walked into the court demesne. Outside the court, she was reunited with her son Imaan Zainab Mazari-Hazir.

In a walking interview with journalists, when asked who was behind her arrest, Mazari said” (It was moreover) PML-N’s Rana Sanaullah and Shehbaz Sharif or the intelligence agencies.”
When asked how she was treated, she said”I’ll tell that in the court. They dragged me out of the auto, didn’t show any leave.”

When asked again that on whose order she was arrested, Mazari responded”This we don’t know yet but those who were taking me to Lahore, they said Rana Sanaullah and Shehbaz Sharif. The torture that they’ve done on me, I’ll tell it all.”
IHC reopens late night, outside of usual working hours
The IHC restarted late night and outside its usual working hours after Mazari’s son filed the solicitation against her mama’s arrest.
